Denbury Homes signs up to Construction-Tech platform

HBF five-star rated East Anglian housebuilder becomes latest name to join the UK's leading digital material exchange platform
MukAway has announced that Denbury Homes has joined the platform - another significant signing for the Warrington-based construction technology business as its subscriber base continues to grow.
For the fourth consecutive year, Denbury Homes has been awarded a five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation's annual customer satisfaction survey, and has achieved a 100% build quality score.
The business is currently building around 150 homes per year and has secured a £55 million funding package from HSBC UK to scale its operations significantly, with ambitions to become a medium-sized regional housebuilder delivering up to 450 homes per year by 2029. That level of growth demands smart, compliant and auditable material management across an expanding portfolio of active sites and that is precisely what the MukAway platform delivers.
As a subscriber, Denbury Homes will have access to MukAway's full suite of material management workflows, Direct Material Transfer between sites, Merchant Waste Acquisition for classified waste material, and the Merchant Product Sale function enabling the direct procurement of processed aggregates, recycled stone, sand fill and recycled MOT through the platform.
All transactions are documented, fully auditable and stored for a minimum of ten years.
Fraser Linaker, CEO and Founder of MukAway, said: "Denbury Homes is exactly the kind of housebuilder that MukAway was designed for a business with exceptional standards, genuine ambition, and the scale of activity where compliant, efficient material management makes a real difference commercially and environmentally. They've built a brilliant reputation in East Anglia over four decades and they're clearly going places. We're delighted to welcome them to the platform and look forward to supporting their growth."
The signing of Denbury Homes continues a strong period of momentum for MukAway, which has seen its subscriber base grow steadily as housebuilders, developers and civil engineering contractors across the UK recognise the commercial and compliance benefits of the platform.
