McDermott Homes joins MukAway platform

MukAway is pleased to announce that McDermott Homes has become the latest SME housebuilder to subscribe to its innovative platform, marking another significant milestone in the company's national roll-out strategy.
The partnership was secured following discussions with Brett Lilly, Commercial Director at McDermott Homes, who quickly recognised the value MukAway's system could deliver to his business and commercial operations.
This month has seen MukAway pursue a dual-pronged approach to growth, combining preparation for nationwide expansion with targeted engagement with successful SME housebuilders operating multiple sites across the country.
This strategic focus on the SME sector reflects MukAway's commitment to supporting businesses of all sizes as the platform works on volume - the more sites, the better the opportunity to save.
Commenting on the decision to join the platform, Brett Lilley said: "We've been keeping an eye on MukAway over the past couple of months and reviewing the companies that have joined the platform. We were delighted to see MukAway concentrating on SMEs as well as the other larger housebuilder and construction companies.
"As an SME, it's even more important that we are all working together to maximise our margins and looking at utilising innovative systems like MukAway to increase that potential. In this market, collaboration is key."
Fraser Linaker, CEO of MukAway, added: "We're thrilled to welcome McDermott Homes to the MukAway platform. Brett and his team understood immediately how our system can transform their muk-away operations and drive real value across their sites.
"SME housebuilders are the backbone of the industry, and we've designed MukAway to give them the same competitive advantages that larger developers enjoy. McDermott Homes exemplifies the forward-thinking approach we're seeing from SMEs who recognise that smart technology and collaboration are essential to thriving in today's market. This partnership reinforces our belief that our roll-out strategy is right on track. We're being approached from all angles and that's great for us and great for the industry."
