MukAway Named One of the North West’s ESG Champions for 2025.

We’re proud to announce that MukAway has been named one of the North West’s ESG Champions for 2025 by leading construction and business publication, Insider Media.

This recognition highlights our commitment to building a more sustainable future for the construction industry and beyond.

Sustainability at the Core

At MukAway, sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do. Our platform connects sites with surplus soil to those who need it, reducing landfill, cutting CO₂ emissions through smarter haulage, and providing full compliance and traceability every step of the way.

Through innovation, we are reshaping how the industry approaches materials management. From drone-based surveys for greater accuracy to real-time dashboards that track carbon savings, MukAway is helping construction embrace a truly circular and responsible approach.

Recognition and Impact

Recognition as an ESG Champion, at such an early stage for our business, is not only an honour, but also a reflection of the impact being made by businesses across the North West that are leading the way in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.

We’re talking to many construction companies across the region and the take up is huge. We’ll be looking to say more on that soon, but in the meantime we’re excited to join fellow ESG Champions at the upcoming celebration event in October. It will be hosted by Insider Media and Weightmans, bringing together sustainability leaders from across the North West.
