Wain Homes and Redrow Transact

This is what the platform looks like in the real world when we combine two heavyweights from the industry.
A Wain Homes site in the North West. A Redrow Yorkshire site. 13 miles apart. 1,000m³ of material matched and moving between them.
Two of the UK's most respected housebuilders sharing material across regional boundaries. Under a strict CEMP. Following local authority traffic routes. Within agreed delivery time windows. With a banksman on point and wheel wash in use throughout.
In the old way of doing things, this doesn't happen. Redrow Yorkshire and Wain Homes North West are not natural partners on a material transfer. They're different regions, different programmes, different supply chains. That material goes to landfill. Everyone pays. The carbon goes up. The programme takes the hit.
MukAway made the match. The platform did what it was built to do.
And it goes further. The Redrow site is now embedded in the Wain Homes Materials Management Plan - meaning as more material generates on either site, a donor is already identified, already compliant and already ready to receive. It works both ways. The circular loop is closed.
Less than £10 per cubic metre secured for both customers. Against conventional disposal rates that can run to £30/m³ and beyond.
