Homes by Esh join MukAway

Homes by Esh has become the latest #SME housebuilder to join the MukAway.com Ltd network, as the industry continues to look for smarter, more cost-effective ways to manage materials across sites.

The move comes fresh off the back of MukAway’s presentation at the Home Builders Federation (HBF) in London yesterday, where CEO Fraser Linaker and Ian Cheveau addressed a room of SMEs, developers and funders on the growing need to rethink how materials and aggregates are handled across construction.

“With landfill costs seemingly spiraling, the MukAway model is a brilliant system that allows developers to regain control of costs for exporting of natural materials and aggregates,” said Dale Morris, Technical Director at Homes by Esh

MukAway’s platform enables developers to reduce waste, cut transport costs and unlock value from materials that would traditionally be sent to landfill - an approach gaining traction as cost pressures and sustainability targets tighten across the sector.

“Yesterday’s session at the HBF reinforced what we’re seeing across the market and SMEs are actively looking for better solutions,” said Fraser Linaker, CEO of MukAway.

“The traditional model is expensive, inefficient and increasingly hard to justify. Homes by Esh joining the network is another strong signal that the industry is ready to move forward. Every new developer strengthens the system and increases the value for everyone involved.

“We’re delighted to have partnered with Homes by Esh and now we’re working closely with Dale and the team to get them onboarded.”
