MukAway welcomes HD Ricketts as platform signs established West Midlands operator

MukAway has announced that HD Ricketts, one of the West Midlands' most established bulk haulage and aggregate supply businesses, has signed up to the platform.
HD Ricketts has been providing bulk quarried aggregates, sand and gravel across the West Midlands since 1964. With a fleet of over 120 tippers and curtain-sided trailers, landfill operations at Berkswell and a bagging plant at Rugeley, they are one of the region's most capable and experienced operators in the earthworks and aggregate supply sector.
Their registration on MukAway activates both the waste acquisition and product resale functions of the platform - enabling HD Ricketts to both receive material from construction sites and supply product through the MukAway network.
Fraser Linaker, CEO of MukAway, said: "It's great to have an established and successful company like HD Ricketts sign up to the platform to facilitate both the waste acquisition and the product resale functions.
"This is an important moment for our business as we truly launch the Merchant functionality. Understanding customer needs is a must-have quality in this sector and HD Ricketts have exactly that. We have full confidence that all transactions will run smoothly and that all parties will feel the full benefit of the system."
MukAway's Technical Manager, Ste Newton, added: "It's great to have a reputable company like HD Ricketts sign up to the platform to facilitate the waste acquisition and also the product re sale arm of the system.
"Understanding the customer needs is a must have quality and HD Ricketts have just that. We have full confidence that all transactions will run smoothly and all parties will feel the full benefit of the system."
